To mark Gay Pride Month, Google has added a rainbow-colored heart and paper doll chain image to the top of its results page for LGBT-related searches.

Searches for terms like [LGBT], [lesbian], [gay], [transgendered], [same sex marriage], [marriage equality] and [gay rights] all returned a results page with the gay-friendly images.

Google has long been a loyal supporter of the LGBT community, adding similar images to LGBT-related search results as far back as June 2008. During last year’s Olympics, Google posted the following logo to protest Russia’s anti-gay legislation.
